I don't see Identity Insurance in my Jumbo app. Can I sign up?
Right now, Identity Insurance is currently only available to Jumbo Pro users in the United States. Due to the rules imposed by the major app stores, not all users are eligible to enroll in Jumbo’s Identity Insurance. If you are located in the US, have a Jumbo Pro subscription and are still not seeing Identity Insurance, please reach out to support through your Jumbo app so we can take a look.
For our users outside of the US: we're currently in the process of looking into Identity Insurance and ID Restoration options for you, too!
