My account won't connect to Jumbo or scan properly. What should I do?
If you are trying to connect an account and it doesn't seem to be working, you should try the following:
- Hard-close (also known as force-quit) the Jumbo app
- Wait 10 seconds
- Reopen the app and try to connect your account.
If your account does appear to have successfully connected, but Jumbo's scan on the account does not seem to be completing (this is characterized by the scan wheel spinning indefinitely, pictured below):
- Disconnect your account from Jumbo - for iOS, this can be done by tapping the "Disconnect" button at the top of the scan screen; for Android this can be done by tapping the three vertical dots at the top of the scan screen and then selecting "Disconnect)
- Hard-close and reopen the Jumbo app
- Reconnect your account
