Something went wrong in Jumbo. How can I report the bug?

If you get a bug or an error while using Jumbo app, we first recommend you look over our Help Guide to see if the answer is already here for you!

However, if something really weird happens, and you want to report it to the Jumbo team, you can send us a message by gently shaking your phone while the Jumbo app is open. If the bug or crash is something you would like a follow up on, you will need to include your email address and add a description of the issue.
