My posts don't seem to be archiving. What do I do?

The first thing to try is disconnecting and then reconnecting your account to Jumbo.

Remember, the process of archiving can take a little while, especially if the files in question are larger in size. Leave Jumbo running in the background of your phone for a day to give it ample time to get the job done.

To optimize the app's ability to archive posts in the background, be sure to enable push notifications as they can help ensure the app stays active and running, even when you are not directly interacting with it
