How can I change my subscription or the amount I'm paying?

The steps to do this are quite similar, but there are a couple small differences depending on which method you used to subscribe.

If you subscribed directly through the App Store or Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Jumbo app
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the upper righthand corner
  3. Tap Manage Subscription
  4. Tap Pay what you think is fair
  5. Drag the slider side to side to view the various price options
  6. When you find the option that you would like, tap Get Jumbo Plus/Pro

If you subscribed with Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe:

  1. Open the Jumbo app
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the upper righthand corner
  3. Tap Manage Subscription
  4. Tap Update Plan
  5. Scroll down to view the various price options
  6. When you find the option that you would like, tap Continue

You can change your subscription or the amount that you're paying for a subscription at anytime.

If you upgrade your subscription in the middle of a period that you already paid for, you will immediately be billed at the new price and automatically refunded the prorated amount of your previous purchase.

If you downgrade your subscription in the middle of a period that you already paid for, your original subscription price will continue for the remainder of the paid period, and will renew at the new, lower cost.
