Can my subscription be shared across multiple devices?

If your devices are on the same platform then you can use a single subscription for multiple devices, no problem!

For example, if you have two devices on the same operating system like an iPhone and an iPad, you can use the same subscription for both. Just make sure you're logged into the same iCloud, or Google Play Store account for Android users, on both devices! If your second device doesn't seem to be registering your subscription:

  1. Open Jumbo's settings
  2. Select Manage Subscription
  3. Select Restore Purchase

If you are using two devices with different operating systems, this is also possible but requires a subscription purchased specifically through Stripe. If you are unsure whether your subscription is billed through Stripe, send us a message from within the app and ask us for help verifying your subscription payment method.
