How do I cancel my Jumbo subscription?

If you are experiencing any bugs or otherwise confusing behavior from Jumbo, send us a message at [email protected] and we'll help you get it all figured out!

To be clear: deleting the Jumbo app from your device will not automatically cancel your subscription. Please follow the appropriate steps below to avoid being charged.

We have multiple subscription payment options, which each have their unique cancellation steps:

If you subscribed through the App Store with your Apple ID payment method:

  1. Open the AppStore app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your icon at the top right
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Jumbo's subscription
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you do not see a subscription for Jumbo listed, please refer to the Apple Pay/Stripe cancellation steps below.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Confirm that you're signed in to the correct Google Account
  3. Tap Menu
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Select your Jumbo subscription
  6. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you do not see a subscription for Jumbo listed, please refer to the Google Pay/Stripe cancellation steps below.

If you subscribed with Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe:

  1. Open the Jumbo app
  2. Tap the Settings icon in the upper righthand corner
  3. Tap Manage Subscription
  4. Tap Cancel Plan
  5. On the next page confirm by tapping Cancel Plan

If you are unsure which method you subscribed to Jumbo with or if you have successfully cancelled your subscription, send us a message from within the app and ask us for help verifying this information. We're happy to help you out!

NOTE: You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel in the middle of a period that you already paid for, you won't be refunded for payments you have already made - as stated in our Terms of Use, all purchases are final. After cancelling, you will still be able to access all features that you have paid for for the remainder of that period.
