What is the Identity Restoration feature?

With JUMBO, you have access to a dedicated identity restoration expert who will work with you to help you restore your identity in the event that it is stolen. We will also connect you with our ID theft insurance partner in case funds were stolen.

To start the ID Restoration process:

  1. Open the JUMBO app.
  2. Tap My Money.
  3. Tap Victim of Identity Theft?
  4. Tap Next and start the restoration process.
  5. Once you send in your ID restoration request through email, our identity restoration expert will guide you step by step to help get your life back on track as smoothly as possible.


NOTE: Only users in the United States have access to ID Theft Insurance!
