Can my subscription be shared across multiple devices?
If your devices are on the same platform then you can use a single subscription for multiple devices.
For example, if you have two devices on the same operating system like an iPhone and an iPad, you can use the same subscription for both. Just make sure you're logged into the same iCloud, or Google Playstore account for Android users, on both devices! If your second device doesn't seem to be registering your subscription,
- Open Jumbo's settings
- Select 'Manage Subscription'
- Select 'Restore Purchase'
If you are using two devices with different operating systems, it isn't currently possible to share a subscription between to the two.
