My Family invites aren't working
If the invites in My Family aren't working, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure both you and the invitee are on the latest version of Jumbo.
- Ask the invitee to remove and reinstall Jumbo.
- Remove and then add your invitee in My Family on the Jumbo app.
- Try sending the invitation again, and ask the invitee to tap the link as soon as possible. Links expire after a certain amount of time.
