Data deletion request

We may have processed your Jumbo ID (DeviceID), a unique and anonymized number used for statistical purposes. If you would like to request a formal data deletion of this number, please take the following steps.

To make a data deletion request:

  1. Open the JUMBO app.
  2. Gently shake your device from side to side.
  3. Tap Yes.
  4. Fill out the prompt with your email address and mention you would like a formal data deletion.
  5. Once you submit the request, we will delete any data related to your DeviceID (including the DeviceID itself).
