Having issues with Block Trackers?

Can I use Block Trackers and another VPN at the same time?


In most cases, mobile devices can currently run a single VPN at a time.

To keep Block Trackers from getting switched off, make sure you aren't using another VPN simultaneously with Block Trackers. If you have another VPN service that you want to use, we recommend that you use Jumbo's VPN to filter trackers and bounce back to your other VPN when you want to change your browsing location.


Why is my hotspot connection not working?


Currently, Block Trackers won't allow your hotspot connection to work as intended, so we recommend turning the VPN off whenever you need to use your device as a hotspot.

To turn off Block Trackers:

  1. Open the Jumbo app.
  2. Tap My iPhone or My Device.
  3. Tap the toggle for Block Trackers to OFF.
