Why does Amazon Alexa keep logging me out?

When Jumbo asks you to reconnect your Alexa account due to an error, this is more often than not caused by a captcha.

Even when you allow Jumbo to save your credentials, it cannot solve a captcha on your behalf. We are currently testing out methods to preserve your Amazon cookie for longer periods of time, and will release an improvement by the end of June 2019.

If you are currently experiencing this issue and want to temporarily disable the notifications, you can manually log out of Alexa in Jumbo by long-pressing the "Delete my Alexa recordings" cell and selecting "Log Out."
