Why does Amazon Alexa keep logging me out?

When Jumbo asks you to reconnect your Alexa account due to an error, this is more often than not caused by a captcha.

Even when you allow Jumbo to save your credentials, it cannot solve a captcha on your behalf. We are currently testing out methods to preserve your Amazon cookie for longer periods of time, and will release an improvement in a future update.

If you are currently experiencing this issue and want to temporarily disable the notifications, you can manually log out of Alexa in Jumbo by long-pressing the "Delete my Alexa recordings" cell and selecting "Log Out."
