When concerned about the safety of your identity, you can message Larry, your designated Jumbo security agent!
Feel free to speak with Larry when you need help with your data leaks, setting up Jumbo’s features, securing your online accounts or if you have any other questions. When you receive a new reply from Larry, you will have a blue circle notification on the Under Attack? tab.
There are several situations where you can be considered under attack. If you find yourself in any of these circumstances, chat with Larry to get some advice!
Some of these situations include:
- Your information was found in a data breach, meaning sensitive data such as passwords has been leaked to the internet and is accessible to hackers.
- Your account has been hacked and you’ve been locked out.
- You have received a suspicious email or text.
- You are a victim of identity theft.
