Why does my account still have thousands of tweets on the counter after running Jumbo multiple times?

Twitter only displays your most recent 3,200 tweets on your profile. After cleaning those, we rely on Twitter to repopulate your profile with your older, previously hidden tweets.

We've noticed that in most cases, Twitter doesn't refresh your profile with older tweets. This is unrelated to our service and is just how Twitter works.

If your oldest tweets can't be found when scrolling to the bottom of your profile, Jumbo can't ask that they be deleted on your behalf. For this same reason, other users and developers also cannot access these tweets.

We are looking into other methods where we can work around the Twitter API's limitation to erase these from Twitter's servers, but for now we are unable to erase hidden tweets.
