iOS IAP Cancellation Information

NOTE: These cancellation steps are for iOS IAP subscriptions. If you have an iOS Stripe or Android subscription, please go to this page to select the appropriate cancellation steps.

  1. Open the Jumbo app.
  2. Tap the blue Settings gear in the upper righthand corner.
  3. Tap Manage Subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel My Subscription at the bottom.
  5. Fill out the survey that appears, and then tap on Cancel Subscription to be taken to the App Store.
  6. Tap Jumbo's subscription.
  7. Scroll down, and tap Cancel Subscription. (Note: If you have already cancelled your subscription, a Cancel Subscription button will not appear.)














If you no longer have Jumbo installed on your device or if the Manage Subscription button is not appearing, please try these alternate steps to cancel:

  1. Open the App Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the upper righthand corner.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Jumbo's subscription.
  5. Scroll down, and tap Cancel Subscription. (Note: If you have already cancelled your subscription, a Cancel Subscription button will not appear.)

Refund Information

There are currently two different ways you might have been billed for your subscription, and each has their specific refund request process. 

  • App Store Refunds: Jumbo does not collect your credit card information when you purchase through the App Store, so we are unable to provide refunds. If you would like to request a refund, please contact the App Store directly.
  • Apple Pay and Stripe Refunds: If you subscribed through Stripe and feel as though you need a refund, please contact Jumbo's Support team using the instructions provided HERE.

If you are unsure of the appropriate refund request steps for you, please contact Support directly through the app and we can help you out:

  1. Open the Jumbo app and tap the Settings icon in the upper righthand corner.
  2. Select Support & Feedback and choose Email Support.
  3. Please do not edit the subject line. Write us a quick message saying that you would like to request a refund but are unsure of the exact steps, and we'll respond promptly with the details for you.
