I cleaned my Alexa history with Jumbo, but I can still see my recordings in the Alexa app. Why weren't they deleted?
There are two reasons why this can occur:
- You must log in to Amazon on your primary domain (.com/.de/.co.uk/.fr). Jumbo determines which domain to serve you based on the region code you set in your iOS settings. Please change your region to the country your Amazon account is associated with.
- If your Echo device is shared between multiple Amazon accounts, the primary account associated with each device must delete their history. The Alexa app shows the history of all connected accounts, while https://www.amazon.com/alexaprivacy (U.S. accounts only) shows the recordings under your account.
